We currently have a portfolio of properties which our management department personally oversee and deal with any maintenance issues no matter how big or small through our fully qualified contractors.

Our staff have the knowledge and local expertise to match the correct tenants to all our properties; we look for longevity and advertise our properties with realistic market value prices. We help to assist with marketing from the offset from recommending a fresh coat of paint, carpet cleaning, new carpets, general maintenance, sealant around the bath, correct lighting in the bathroom and believe we can help market the property to its best ability.  We also make sure all regulations are up to date.

We work closely with our tenants and ensure they meet our reference criteria before we match them to the properties prior to moving in. We have something to suit all different calibres of tenants from a small studio apartment to large detached executive homes.
