Lettings is an established lettings
department and has been run
with great success over the
past four years under the guidance
of director Emily Hannan (dip
RLM). Our team consists of six
female members of staff who
have experience in the lettings
industry. Included in the team
we have a dedicated maintenance
coordinator, in-house inventory
clerks and in-house inspection
clerks who ensure that your
property is being looked after
from day one.
We take customer
service seriously from the moment
you first contact us to when
the keys of your property are
returned. Our commitment is
not simply to find a tenant,
but to find the right tenant.
We take care to match the individual
landlord's requirements to the
needs and desires of possible
tenants, often turning away
unsuitable applicants until
we are confident that the most
appropriate client has been
found.
