Software
With our managed portfolio increasing
daily, we have just invested in a
new software system Vebra which is
RICs compliant. Vebra Premise manages
the entire lifecycle of the relationship
from the initial instruction and marketing
of the property and the processing
of an applicant through to the final
refund of a deposit to the departing
tenant, and every point in-between.
Vebra Premise manages all aspects
of the relationships with landlords/freeholders,
tenants/leaseholders and suppliers/contractors
whilst ensuring that compliance to
financial and legal obligations are
maintained.
